In May 2025 we purchased a Land Rover Discovery at Land Rover Sarasota. The experience was horrible. Many things went wrong, several increasing price quotes, missing equipment at deliver, etc. A new GM Rover Sarasota. The experience was horrible. Many things went wrong, several increasing price quotes, missing equipment at deliver, etc. A new GM, Chris Lima was contacted by us, and the problem resolution started immediately. This included the termination of the sales person. This quickly showed us how dedicated Chris is to solving problems and customer satisfaction. Within two weeks all the issues were resolved to our satisfaction. If you’ve had a poor experience in the past at this dealership I can confirm the past bad culture is being eliminated. I believe Chris Lima will quickly restored customer satisfaction and confidence in the professionalism of this dealership. More

You can cancel however you will still be stuck with the finance charge over the course of whatever length of loan you choose. This is not refundable and is their scheme to make money on the backend. They sold us products that their own service dept had zero clue of. Scummy finance dept altogether. I reached out to the GM 3 times via email and phone. Do not buy from this xxxx dealership. Service dept was helpful and understanding. Shop at Dimmitt instead for a + 70k vehicle More
