Each gentleman answered all of my questions and addressed all of my car buying needs in a timely and professional manner. From the moment I walked into the dealership I was treated with respect and honesty. The entire car buying process was transparent and I never felt as though I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. In fact, each of the above mentioned representatives worked hard to offer me the best deal possible. I have purchased seven cars over the course of my life and this was far and away the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Keith took a tremendous amount of time to explain all of the features of the vehicle to me and took me on a lengthy test drive that highlighted all of the different driving conditions I experience on a daily basis. He went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. He even made my dad happy! His smile, personality, professionalism, and great talk helped me make my final decision, and i couldnt be happier with my choice. The final send off was the best! At first the transaction was a struggle but once the location owner, Stan, got involved- everything worked out. I was extremely happy and overjoyed that a seemingly initial stressful situation worked out so well. Stan and our sales rep Mahari stopped at nothing to make sure i was nothing but content and happy with not only my new car, but my entire experience at their dealership. I give Mr. Davis 5 stars. However, I cannot say the same for the finance management team, the person who was supposed to close my deal decided to leave and I was left waiting for over 3 hours just to sign my lease when I was rushed to get there. The only reason why I proceeded to close the deal was because I already had my heart set on driving out in my new car that night and because of Mr. Davis hard work. Otherwise I would have left. More

New Vehicle Leasing Our family has been a customer at White Plains Nissan for over 20 years. We have both purchased and leased vehicles from this great dealership. We have always come out of the showroom wearing smiles and feeling very comfortable with our auto contracts. Through the years, we have met many wonderful salespeople. On Sunday, September 13th, we visited WP Nissan to talk about our next leased vehicle and what are options were. On Monday, September 14th we returned to WP Nissan to pick up our new leased vehicle The Rogue. The salespeople at WP Nissan really want to assist the customer and NOT just make the deal.
