We have been customers with this dealership since they operated under name "Bob Thomas Honda way back when and have bought all our Honda vehicles (Honda Pilot in 2006...that is still running great after o operated under name "Bob Thomas Honda way back when and have bought all our Honda vehicles (Honda Pilot in 2006...that is still running great after over 100,000 miles; and our 2016 CRV that is also running fantastically ... both have been best vehicles we have ever owned primarily because of the outstanding service we always received !!! We are both in our late 70s and truly know when we drop our vehicles off for service or if we're having potential problems with them, the folks at Bend Honda will take care of us !!! More
