100% Customer Service Satisfied! I took my father to Jeff Wyler so he could get a brand new car. I cannot remember the first gentleman's name that took us for the test drive while Chr I took my father to Jeff Wyler so he could get a brand new car. I cannot remember the first gentleman's name that took us for the test drive while Chris finished with his customer, but he was extremely polite and professional to all of us and deserves to be recognized. Chris also was very polite and professional. He honestly treated us like family. Whatever my dad's wishes were, he made it happen. He did not push, try to persuade, or leave out any details. He gave his word to my dad on several topics and kept his word on all of them. That means a lot to my dad and myself. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeff Wyler not just because of their great deals, but also because of their true care and hospitality they have for their customers. I plan on buying a new car myself in a few years and I will not buy it anywhere else but Jeff Wyler's. Such a funny yet professional After talking to him a few minutes explaining what we had in mind, I mentioned that we had gotten an E-mail from Jason Levy, Oh Chris said let me page him he may be at our KIA building. While we waited for Jason, Instead of Chris leaving us, he continued to discuss the Altima and its features. At a different dealership earlier in the day, we told the salesman who greeted us that we were their to see ????? and he said ok and left us waiting... But not Chris Patton. nope he visited with us and asked us what we were looking for in a new car??? When Jason came to see us, Chris backed off and Jason showed us several vehicles test drove a few,and explained to us that he was in fact new to Jeff Wyler.. We would have never know by the way he knew his way around cars. What a couple of terrific guys. Driving home we spoke about the friendliness, and how after shopping for cars over the last 48yrs, we have NEVER experienced salesmen like that before and all without pressure!!! Next day we went back and purchased our new Altima . Now who stepped up to the plate to explain the mechanics, Oh yea Chris Patton , he knows the interior electronic and helped Jason out.
