The most atrocious auto and customer service experience ever 3 1/2 weeks without our truck. Every bogus lie that service and management could think of was offered to us. Service staff drove the vehicle around but Not one single service item was performed. Not one fluid was replaced. Brakes were never changed. Truck was filthy after the "detailing".The urine they left in the framework under the center console was especially classy We have had to bring the truck to another dealership where proof has been shown to us that none of the services we requested were ever actually performed. We were, however, charged for them as was our warranty. Jaime Tasca was more concerned with denying culpability and sticking her head in the sand than she was with actually rectifying the situation. 100% horrible experience from the top down. An embarrassment to Ford and how business should be conducted. Liars more concerned with their egos than with truth. This nightmare continues but justice will be served. Guaranteed. More
