Great service and convenient (extended) hours. Work performed as requested, but they also noticed my inspection sticker was expired and a few recalls to perform. Bearing replaced I had just recently put new tires and had other work done on my explorer. When I got it back, I noticed a loud, humming noise. I called quick lane and was advised to bring it in. I did and they thought it sounded like a bearing. I made an appointment with service. Dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and it was repaired and back to me Friday morning all covered by the powertrain warranty. More

The most atrocious auto and customer service experience ever 3 1/2 weeks without our truck. Every bogus lie that service and management could think of was offered to us. Service staff drove the vehicle around 3 1/2 weeks without our truck. Every bogus lie that service and management could think of was offered to us. Service staff drove the vehicle around but Not one single service item was performed. Not one fluid was replaced. Brakes were never changed. Truck was filthy after the "detailing".The urine they left in the framework under the center console was especially classy We have had to bring the truck to another dealership where proof has been shown to us that none of the services we requested were ever actually performed. We were, however, charged for them as was our warranty. Jaime Tasca was more concerned with denying culpability and sticking her head in the sand than she was with actually rectifying the situation. 100% horrible experience from the top down. An embarrassment to Ford and how business should be conducted. Liars more concerned with their egos than with truth. This nightmare continues but justice will be served. Guaranteed. More
