Arrived at 7 AM . Service took 3 hours. I called 2 weeks prior to make an appointment, I was told no appointment necessary just come in, service dept opens at 7. I was Service took 3 hours. There was only 5 people ahead of me. I went in for wiper replacement, oil and filter change and rotation of tires was finished at after 10 am? Service was free from Mr Ganzi gave me 2 free services by his email, and wanted me to change my first rating because of Sales Manager treatment towards me on sale of my truck. He was rude, never introduced himself or even asked me what my name was. He became even worse because I would not agree on the price to buy the truck and on the trade in of my truck.. I returned because I had question on rotation of my tires with Service Manager. I feel Service Manager was rude. I will be purchasing another truck within the next 2 years, as every three years or by mileage I trade and buy a new vehicle, this purchase was a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500. I will not be returning back! Customers should always be treated with respect, not done at this dealership. More

I believe Patty in parts over the phone was AMAZING! !!! Got there early about 8am for 2 new tires. Was in and out in about 2 hours so good to me considering the dealership size. My 1 big pet peeve i !!! Got there early about 8am for 2 new tires. Was in and out in about 2 hours so good to me considering the dealership size. My 1 big pet peeve is while I was walking around, I noticed all cars that had been checked in and waiting for service had their driver side window open. I went to go check my vehicle and not only was my driver window open but my keys were in the cupholder in the center consul. I was walking around because I don’t like to sit in the dealerships, so who else was walking around. I checked my car who else checked my car or any other vehicles around me. I think this is a very unprofessional and unsafe practice for a dealership to leave customers vehicles unlocked and with the keys inside the car. Unfortunately, crime rate is going up in Cape Coral and if any criminals or non-trustworthy individuals know about this practice of yours, you were going to have a lot of car thefts on your hands if you don’t already and you’re just not reporting it. You really need to fix this unsafe practice of yours. I’m going to go out and double check my car now to make sure I had nothing stolen from inside my car! Also, as I was waiting, you had one service advisor and I had noticed some people waiting in line for over 45 minutes just to get checked in. Period. Period just to check in! More

The only reason I went back was because my oil change was already paid for. I think almost everyone that works at this place is rude and kind of clueless.
