We had a service appointment scheduled months in advance for an oil change, tire rotation and for warranty work to be addressed. They were unable to complete any warranty work stating they needed an additio for an oil change, tire rotation and for warranty work to be addressed. They were unable to complete any warranty work stating they needed an additional appointment and also did not have parts available. The oil change was sloppy, leaving residue everywhere. The fender guards were clearly never put up because there were oily hand prints and scratches where something was rubbing against the fender. They did not rotate the tires or fill them; they were in fact 10 psi low. My wife waited for five hours with our one year old for this substandard service. I will not be taking my truck back to Cape Coral Ram even though I have three free oil changes remaining. More
