Usually service is pretty good. ..I guess due to the holidays many service people were on vacation...what upsets me is that I called was told to come in after 2pm because they would ..I guess due to the holidays many service people were on vacation...what upsets me is that I called was told to come in after 2pm because they would not be as busy...Granted when I arrived they were not busy...I was greeted in 5 minutes but an actual advisor did not come out for about 30 minutes which I find unacceptable...once again the mechanics were not able to rotate the tires due to swollen lug nuts...this time it was not explained to me at all...I had to read it myself when I got home...the Advisor was not friendly and was not smiling as I am used to being treated... scheduling may be the issue...she seemed overwhelmed. More
