Nothing went right. Took a long time. Extra parts left on floor. Engine light on as soon as pulled out. Contacted shop but no one has returned call. Sales manager al Took a long time. Not only is it the most expensive place to get your FCA product serviced, Technician is poor and no one is doing quality control. More

Not the great experience as before. Had an appointment and saw that the vehicle was parked out back for 45 minutes. After I brought it to the attention of the service tech, they start Had an appointment and saw that the vehicle was parked out back for 45 minutes. Also, there were unhappy folks waiting 2 hours for a oil change in the waiting room not spreading possitive cheer. More

I was scheduled for 1030am, but didn't realize I was working night shift the night before, I stopped by on my ride home and Chris was able to accommodate me so I didn't have to come back.
