Chris the service rep was great, concern was more that I paid $275 for a service I was quoted would be $100 when I made the appointment. Truck wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed, something the Lexus dealer religiou paid $275 for a service I was quoted would be $100 when I made the appointment. Truck wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed, something the Lexus dealer religiously does even through those service appointments for my other car cost roughly half of what this one did. Also had an issue with the prepaid service plan I have. Chris again was great trying to help me sort it out but just was a mediocre experience with Ram in general. Love the truck but considering this was my first trip to this dealer for service and was underwhelmed, don’t plan on returning for service or my next purchase. More
