Service Department was very knowledgeable about the car. Prices were extremely high and forced the trade-in of a car which should have been repairable. Sales Department was courteous, but would not lease the Renegade in which I showed interest. The car could only be purchased. The reason for not leasing was the Renegade would not have sufficient value at the end of a 3 year lease. If that is the case, Chrysler really needs to make a better car. More

I did not receive a copy of my inspection. They did not put air in the tires even though the sensor stated to fill to 38. The service guy took my car back into the garage to fill tires. Fluids were not top put air in the tires even though the sensor stated to fill to 38. The service guy took my car back into the garage to fill tires. Fluids were not topped off. I ask the guy who was assisting me or a copy of the inspection, it appeared that he was creating it on his tablet. I watched him with the stylus tapping the screen like he was filling in the bubbles. He was not able to print it out or send me a copy via email. My experience here was not a good one. I am new to Ft Myers and chose Cape Coral location due being closer to me. My next appointment will be at the dodge/Chrysler dealership in Ft. Myers. Hopefully, I did not receive the treatment that I received because I’m a female. More

Diagnostic skills were very poor with two wrong diagnosis. They kept my vehicle for 13 days on a 3-4 day repair. They repaired my transmission but they replaced the same part (solenoid) twice. Car acted exactly like it did before their repair. Then they repaired and charged me again.
