While my vehicle was being serviced, I received updates via text messages and personally from Mr. Reed. The work was completed in a reasonable time. This is my second visit to Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and both times I have been treated well and the work performed to my satisfaction. More

Took truck for oil change/recall on the tailgate & fuel filter change. After about an hour they came back and told me that it was my fault the tailgate was broken and that I would have to pay for it. Howev filter change. After about an hour they came back and told me that it was my fault the tailgate was broken and that I would have to pay for it. However, a certified Chrysler dealership performed the original recall repair. After the repair, I could not open the tailgate. When I returned for a repair on their work, they expected me to pay for not only that but parts the first Dodge dealership broke in doing the recall repair. More
