As usual John was superb in getting my car quickly assigned to a technician (Chris Renaud…also terrific!) upon my arrival. A thorough check and service was performed (including oil change & wheel alignment) and I was on my way in no time (maybe 1 hour at most). Amazing but not surprising as I’ve been fortunate to have John as my Service Advisor for over a decade now and his integrity, professionalism and personality are simply outstanding.
