Scumy finance manager will change loan length to make warranty look better. They charge you $300 for “complimentary oil changes”. Then when you ask about the price they tell you they had to put a number warranty look better. They charge you $300 for “complimentary oil changes”. Then when you ask about the price they tell you they had to put a number there but didn’t actually charge you. Then when you get the loan statement they actually did charge you. Vehicle had an oil leak, damage belts and seized belt tensioner, despite Wisconsin Buyer Guide saying otherwise. Just make sure you do a GOOD job looking over the vehicle first! unfortunately I didn’t notice these issues until the day after purchasing the vehicle ($1314.71 in repairs.) I’ve contacted them 10+ times asking if they would help cover some of the costs and they keep saying they’ll help but keep making excuses as to why they haven’t helped cover the cost yet. We’ll see what happens, it’s been three weeks so not looking good. Chris tried to go to bat for me with some issues with my local service center recommending services that were needed but he’s also been the one giving me the run around saying they’ll help cover the oil leak, bad belts and seized tensioners but after nearly a month hasn’t materialized. Will update after situation is resolved. UPDATE: They are now saying that they won’t help because of the bad review, even though it’s been 4 weeks and no help 😂. You think you deserve a good review after you sold me a car with issues YOUR BUYER GUIDE says shouldn’t be there. Contacting Comsumer Protections to finally get this resolved. It’s crazy you can spend $30k dollars with these guys only to get treated like xxxx. Avoid these CROOKS. Only care about the money, especially Matt Sands. Idk if there’s a bigger slime ball in sales. Just finance cars dude… quit being greasy. Dude doesn’t even deserve 1 star rating. Only good part of the ordeal was that Daniel seemed like decent guy, answered all the questions I had, and was a great help. Can’t blame the salesperson for this. More

Keith went to bat for me, after the deal was done the service was sub par. I had brake issues and had to send it back in 2 weeks after purchase, to which the problem didn’t go away.
