I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Tahoe and my experience was extremely positive. In today's world, I think it is too easy for a company just to expect their product to sell itself and the sales staff does n was extremely positive. In today's world, I think it is too easy for a company just to expect their product to sell itself and the sales staff does not need to do anything to please the customer. Tom Bannen Chevrolet does not operate this way. Chris took the time to listen to our wants and needs and selected the perfect vehicle for us. After the sale, we had some issues with the OnStar system. The staff at Tom Bannen worked feverishly to get those issues resolved in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealer and salesman. More

I felt in good hands with Tom Bannen Chevrolet. Christopher was wonderful in making me feel welcomed, figuring out exactly what I was looking for, and showing me my options. When we first met Christopher Thomason he was so professional and yet we were soon calling him Chris because he 'felt' like family. Knowing we were upside down on our vehicle, we really didn't think professional and yet we were soon calling him Chris because he 'felt' like family. Knowing we were upside down on our vehicle, we really didn't think we could get a new car loan. We were wrong. Chris explained that the dealership could work with us and soon we picked out a 2012 Impala in the back lot that was our first color choice. Chris took the car to get cleaned. We later found out that due to the hour, he ended up washing it himself! Did I mention that is was a very hot afternoon? After the rebates offered and the staff working hard to find us a good lender, we drove home that night in our new car with payments we can afford! The service hasn't stopped there; Chris has called us several times just to check on us and make sure we don't have any questions. We couldn't be happier with our experience. After telling my Mom about our new car she reminded me that she and my Dad had been Tom Bannen customers for years and she had bought her last car there. My Mom also highly recommends the Service Department having dealt with Suzanne Keene on many occassions. Momma knows best and we will always come back to Tom Bannen Chevrolet! More

It is employees like Chris Thomason that keep return customers. Chris was assisting another customer when I drove onto the Tom Bannen car lot. Knowing that I was rushed for time, Chris offered to get customers. Chris was assisting another customer when I drove onto the Tom Bannen car lot. Knowing that I was rushed for time, Chris offered to get another salesperson to assist me. While waiting on financial approval, Chris stopped by to make sure that I was being helped by the other associate. He continued to answer my questions about the vehicle that I chose to purchase. It impressedme that Chris took the time to write the name/ph# of a reasonably priced window tint specialist and tow hitch installer when I mentioned interest in those options. Chris, Harvey, and all of the Tom Bannen staff gained my trust with their knowledge and patience. More

Chris was very knowledgable of the vehicle we were purchasing. He was friendly and courteous throughout the deal and made me and my family feel at home. As I arrived at Tom Bannen on Aug.1, 2012 the first person I saw was Christoper Thomason he was outside on the phone. As I approahed the building he quickly got off the phone and ask me if he could hel person I saw was Christoper Thomason he was outside on the phone. As I approahed the building he quickly got off the phone and ask me if he could help me, i said yes I needed a sales person he said here I'm. He introduce him self and so did I.I told him what I was looking for and what I could pay for a new car and he told me he was going to do all he could to make it happen. after spending time with Christoper he made it happen, he was the nicest sales person that I ever had. He took care of all my needs. Explain everything to me,not that I remember all that he said. I got the car of my choice.Botton line he was the top of the line Sales Person a true people person.I will recommend him to everyone who I know that is looking for a car.I test drove my car he took me everywhere I had to ask where am I now :) I think he just wanted me to make sure this car was it. I just love me new car. . On Aug.6 I came to the service dept.to get a part for my car upon arriving a service person ask me who sold my car to me I responed Christpoher.They called him to verified what part I need.This call wasn't for him to come to the service dept. It was just to ask him a question. Before I knew it he came over to make sure that I was ok, and checked on me until I left.This man I'm sure is busy with other customers , but he took the time out to check on me. My experience with Tom Bannen Chevrolet was great. I have been to several dealerships in my area and none were as honest and helpful as Tom Bannen. I told them exactly what I was looking for and wanted have been to several dealerships in my area and none were as honest and helpful as Tom Bannen. I told them exactly what I was looking for and wanted to know if they could help me before I made the long drive over. And they were able to give me what the local dealerships did not "honesty". I will defintely come back when I purchase my next vehicle and refer my friends. More
