I am pleased with the whole philosophy of Wilsonville Toyota. I had done some research and knew I wanted a Toyota Hybrid and Chris Wallace helped me to identify my own priorities in a car. I was able to test drive a few cars, identify ride and features I was looking for and then Chris helped me to find the car with the best incentives that best suited my needs. I felt like I had a car agent, like a real estate agent. After I left the first day, he went to work looking for cars and incentives for me. We checked in with each other throughout the week and I came back the next week and he did exactly what he said he would. He is a true professional. He was competent, knew his product line, understood features, financing and focus on me the consumer. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far my best experience.
