First off, the team was very organized: I had my appointment scheduled and the associate was ready for me when I showed up, no waiting around. After I had decided on a vehicle, the paperwork process was very quick and I was on my way in no time. I had the pleasure to work only with one person, Chris Wallace, and didn't have to deal with multiple people to finally close the deal. Chris was great: very knowledgeable and personable; he answered all my questions and never was pushy. It was nice to deal with someone friendly and straight forward. All my previous experiences buying cars were negative, this is the first time I left a lot in a good mood. Nice work guys. More

Great Experience Chris was great to work with over the last few months. We were not in a hurry and Chris respected that and worked with us, over time. Easiest car purchase experience I’ve had Chris was amazing to work with. I’ve bought from two other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area, and buying from Wilsonville Toyota was definitely Chris was amazing to work with. I’ve bought from two other Toyota dealerships in the Portland area, and buying from Wilsonville Toyota was definitely the easiest experience I’ve had. Chris was friendly, communicative, and really made the whole process pretty painless. The coffee wasn’t bad, either.
