The man handling my service was kind however there was an issue with my prepaid maintenance. It was purchased in December and the start date in the system was set for the same day as the end date. I provided issue with my prepaid maintenance. It was purchased in December and the start date in the system was set for the same day as the end date. I provided proof of purchase of the prepaid maintenance and the entire breakdown of my total car purchase and payment. I also showed on my Mercedes app the payments I had made. After all proof was provided they still made me pay $585 for the service. I was highly disappointed because this was an issue on Mercedes end and not mine, but I still had to pay and suffered. They made me handle the issue and call the Mercedes’ where the car was purchased. They place where I had purchased the car was able to fix the date, but they said I should have never been charged in the first place because I showed proof of purchase. I was issued a refund, but the purchase was made on my credit card and I was charged my 24% interest fee on my card based off that 585 purchase. So I essentially still made a payment on a service I already paid for. More

They were very efficient with their service and they even cleaned my car even though all my car needed was a software update. Chris was also at great squeezing me in last minute and he made sure I was taken cleaned my car even though all my car needed was a software update.
