Over promises and under delivers. If they say a fix is going to take two days, always plan to not have your car for 5. I always have to be the one to call and get an update, I’m never the one to just rece going to take two days, always plan to not have your car for 5. I understand they are busy and short staffed, but not communicating updates to customers of what is delaying the service especially when the oil change is taking 3 hours going on 4 hours with no informat communicating updates to customers of what is delaying the service especially when the oil change is taking 3 hours going on 4 hours with no information is not acceptable! Communication goes a long way even if there are delays. Also, would be a good idea to look at the schedule a few days in advance to prepare. More
