Very awesome experience Saturday March 11,2017 was contacted by Larry Ferrell to come in Ford was running a lot of special options to get me out of my present escape into a n Saturday March 11,2017 was contacted by Larry Ferrell to come in Ford was running a lot of special options to get me out of my present escape into a new 2017 escape. From start to finish my experience at Pacifico was that of a family atmosphere. I have leased 4 vehicles from them prior to this and just as usually it was a easy turnover. Starting with my salesperson Dan Staley very informative, Larry Ferrill and Chad Gilbert treats me and my wife like we are family. Also, Chris Watson who was my first salesperson at Pacifico came over to me and my wife to chat with us and can't forget Gina McDevitt our finance person who explained everything to us so we understood exactly what we were signing. Never thought I'd say that we had FUN buying a car but that's exactly what Chris made it. His knowledge of the process and the explanations throughout were great. He even went as far as searching out a new battery for a key fob that he didn't have to. Also a thank you to Dave the used car manager for the time he took with us as well and finding the car we wanted. We appreciate the team at Pacifico and would highly recommend them. More
