His knowledge and guidance was incredible as we sorted out numerous styles/colors to find the most suitable car for my family. Just when we thought the day couldn't end any better with a new vehicle, my son spun the "Spin to Win" wheel and BAM! We won a new 50" Flat Screen TV! Love the car - has the bells and whistles that I was looking for. Mike has been very helpful in wrapping up licensing details and service options. He never fails to remember who he is talking to - and that says a lot about a salesperson. Definitely would buy another car from Mike and Pacifico (but not for a while!). We were courteously asked to wait for the next available sales person. After a very short wait, none were available so the manager, Chris, began to show us the used vehicle we were there to see. We had discussed the car with Chris prior to our visit and he accommodated us and our budget beyond our expectations. While in the process of getting the keys for the vehicle he found someone to help us. Des Bryant was assigned to us. He was courteous, pleasant, attentive, and respectful. Although we were there for a Scion and not a Ford we were treated as if we were prospective customers looking to buy a F-350. My wife and I noticed that everyone was treated with the same respect and importance. In the end, we decided not to buy the vehicle, primarily due to a color preference. If we are ever in the market for a car we will not hesitate to contact Des Bryant and Chris. We visited multiple dealerships in the last few days and we decided, wholeheartedly, that Pacifico Ford sets the bar. More
