Major rip off during vehicle repairs. They don’t tell you the whole truth when diagnosing vehicle problems, and over charge for repairs. I’ve emailed Kia’s CEO and other top KIA officials about this issue and NO ONE has responded to me yet and it’s been three weeks. Sad thing is, I’ve been a loyal Kia customer, having purchased TWO (2) of their cars in 10 years. Not anymore. Their horrendous repair/maintenance service center has ruined it for me. I’ll never buy another Kia again. More

I paid and asked if the car was test driven and was told that it was. Could not drive it off the lot. They asked to keep it a few more days and then tell me it will take another $9,000 to complete repair!!! To this day 1/17/24 the car is still sitting there waiting for Kia finance to take possession. I can prove everything said above!! More
