I went in for my first oil change(my car is 8 months old, with 1656 miles) and was told I had a defective battery. They said that they did not have a battery in stock and sent me home! TWO DAYS later I had with 1656 miles) and was told I had a defective battery. They said that they did not have a battery in stock and sent me home! TWO DAYS later I had to have it TOWED in to the dealer because the car would not start and then they made me wait for 4 hours for a rental car..... Would YOU ever buy another Kia with this kind of customer service? More
