I was told that they would put bigger tires than what it called for since the truck was lifted..also tires that were on truck literally had no tread..also that they would take pictures of new tires for my approval and that never happened, or an alignment truck still pulls to the left...thank you Jesse Deleon

Its been two months still have not received my sticker or plates ,i actually had to go to dmv and they couldn't help because apparently everything was put in as they said "all messed up" by the dealer. The dealer said they lost my plates and sticker so i had to go to dmv.. i did not mess this up they should take care of this its all part of purchasing process.. worst buying experience ever.. if i could just cancel the whole deal i would ,without hesitation...

Well the manager finally called to resolve issues, he listen to my gripes but nothing at all , came of it.... anyways lithia dodge rates on the negative side in my opinion.....
