It was a pleasure working with Scott Trad. I bought a gently (3 weeks) used Lexus UX 250H from Scott. There were some issues with the all-weather mats and cargo cover missing from the car (the previous o gently (3 weeks) used Lexus UX 250H from Scott. There were some issues with the all-weather mats and cargo cover missing from the car (the previous owner possibly put them in her garage and forgot to bring them back). I didn't notice they were missing until after I drove the car home. Scott went out of his way to make sure I got every single missing item even after I had signed the bottom line and paid for the car. More
