I trust this staff to always give me a fair deal, which is not a common feeling when talking about car mechanics and car salesmen. I purchased my Jeep here new a couple of years ago and I still bring it in here for routine checks and oil changes. Recently, I began having some minor mechanical problems with a leak in my power steering rack. Despite being over my warranty, the service department rewarded my loyalty and took care of everything at no charge. Not only did they provide me with a loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced, but they were very transparent and accessible throughout the process. Many of my friends and family have had good experiences here as well, and based on other reviews I've read online, this is a pretty consistent theme across their entire customer base. More

I was over charge for the part on my transmission. Service advisor told me inform me that I was charge more because they had to go to another dealer to pick it up. My transmission was overfill, now my Service advisor told me inform me that I was charge more because they had to go to another dealer to pick it up.
