Everything was right I test drove two vehicles, set it up on line and they were all set when I got there. The 2nd vehicle, a ‘16 HR-V practically sold itself, but the salesman, Chuck, was refreshing. He was the 1st one in all my stops at different dealerships who was able to answer all my questions. I didn’t feel like he was making stuff up as I did in several occasions elsewhere. He went above and beyond, even came to pick me up at home to get it the next day because I didn’t have any other option. Everything was right. And the car is beautiful, the nicest vehicle I’ve ever had. More

2016 Honda Accord Came from out of town and bought a 2016 accord salesman was subpar but he didn’t show me ANY of the features of the car had go to my local dealer Vern Came from out of town and bought a 2016 accord salesman was subpar but he didn’t show me ANY of the features of the car had go to my local dealer Vern Eide to find out all the features of my car so I assume I was just looking or didn’t know anything about the car. The sales process took 7 hours. Book by far one of the scummiest things I’ve ever seen as far as tactics for sales (And I’m in sales) I was offered a lower APR to get all the warrantees on the vehicle and was told I couldn’t get the lower APR if I didn’t except it. Probably should’ve just tried my local dealer got off lucky that I got a good deal on the car and the car was nice but I would probably not recommend this place at all whatsoever. But hey Bodie the service manager was a great guy. More

I initially talked with John on the phone before coming and Chuck came into show me the vehicle on his day off. He was waiting for me when I arrived, was very welcoming, and VERY knowledgeable on the odyssey. John was there as well, him and Chuck were both so helpful and great to work with. There were a few knicks on the vehicle, but they repaired them super quick before I left without hesitation. The gas tank was already full and ready for me to leave. I really didn't have to ask for anything. It was a great experience. I've been recommending them to everyone and I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive back to buy another vehicle in the future!
