Wayne. Living 145 miles away and in a different state, my initial contact was via a telephone conversation with Kevin Kelley, Sales Professional. Kevin was willing to answer all questions, sent additional photos of the vehicle and provided what I would soon find to be a spot on description of the vehicle’s condition. Of most importance for my out-of-state vehicle search, he agreed to hold the vehicle (good faith deposit provided) until my wife and I could get to the dealership. Immediately upon our arrival we were greeted by Kelley Chevy staff (Kevin, Chuck Kelley, GM and Josh Mould, Finance Manager). It was a pleasure to converse/meet with all three individuals, with zero sales pressure throughout our interactions. In summary, we had an excellent car purchasing experience and would highly recommend Kelley Chevrolet, Ft. Wayne, IN. More
