All involved in the purchase of the new jeep were nice to work with. It is extremely sad that the ability is NOT GIVEN by the dealership, to Heather and Terry and others, to allow incentives to be negotiated work with. Incentives such as discounted costs of an extended new vehicle warranty and/or gap insurance, deals on services such as oil change/rotatation packages and deals on extras given gratuitously, or at a discounted rate, such as mud flaps, cargo liners, etc. I've conducted business with several different car dealerships over the years and this was the first out of all of them that would not negotiate with all previously mentioned. Considering that ,if it was not for the campaign of 'employee pricing for all' and the other Chrysler corporate incentives in play when I decided to purchase, I would not have bought the vehicle,. Other than that, all employees that I was asked to rate on this email were great. Thank you. More
