Failure to Follow Through New Ram 2500 delivered with check engine light present after salesman decided to leave. Business Manager did not provide routine OBD II scan to diagn New Ram 2500 delivered with check engine light present after salesman decided to leave. Business Manager did not provide routine OBD II scan to diagnose a P0562 Code prior to a five hour drive with brand new vehicle. Dealer installed front license plate on steel bumper without inserting plastic pedal for screw contact through square hole in front bumper. This resulted in the metallic screw gouging paint on front bumper. New truck was delivered without bed drain plug 55359234AC installed. Dealership agreed to provide missing plug and paint for gouge in front bumper, but after waiting for six weeks for delivery of small routine parts, all that was received was an incorrect drain plug which did not even cover the drain hole in the truck bed. This part has delayed installation of a necessary bedliner in truck and should be present on the brand new vehicle at time of delivery. Truck tire pressures were set at 80 psig (cold) in front tire upon deliver. Ram specifies 65 psig in tire. This resulted in poor steering response until corrected. It was stated to register truck as Class 3 over three separate occasions during purchase. Registration was received six weeks later with incorrect Class 4A registration. Do not expect this dealership to follow through and do what they say they are going to do to complete a transaction without significant hassle and waste of time. Several phone calls over the course of six weeks resulted in no definitive action by the dealership to remedy very routine missing items. More

Never followed up with me Traded in my Truck, that had a non-oem center resonator(x-pipe) The dealer wanted the stuck muffler which I had. So I returned the muffler the next day and asked when the swap was made to leave the part for me to pickup. No one followed up. I called the salesperson a week later, he said he would get it. No follow up, I called two weeks after, he still said he would find it and get it. Never called me back. I emailed, asking for an honest answer of where the part was and no email was sent back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE OF THE VEHICLE. More

Unpleasant attitudes I was so excited to get my car, and everyone was unfriendly except for the young man sitting by the side door. I was not happy when I realized the salesman they set me up with was the same guy that was not friendly over the phone the day before. I was there over an hour and he didn’t smile once. Even though he wasn't our initial salesperson, he helped us out without hesitation when the other person wasn't available. He is knowledgeable and took the time to explain things and answer my many questions. Even helped clean the car up and get it ready while we were doing the financial paperwork. During the time your vehicle was here, we had our detail dept. clay bar the paint surfaces on your vehicle two time Here is the response I received. During the time your vehicle was here, we had our detail dept. clay bar the paint surfaces on your vehicle two times in an attempt to remove the "rail yard dust" that was on the sides of the vehicle. Some of the particles we could not reach to remove because they were obstructed. I am sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. The costs to provide you with the courtesy transportation, as well as the cost to clay bar your vehicle was done as a courtesy. The condition was not a warrantable paint defect, and was not covered by the FCA Vehicle Limited Warranty. The Ram was delivered to you on 10/27/18 and was received from you for repairs on 4/4/19 with 11420 miles on it. More
