Service I took my vehicle in for service due to it not starting. Chuck Loader, as always, helped tremendously with getting my vehicle fixed. Chuck Loader and Zack Wilkens were awesome on what started as a bad day. We broke down coming back to Missouri from Colorado and him and all the staff did everything they could to get us back on the r started as a bad day. We broke down coming back to Missouri from Colorado and him and all the staff did everything they could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible from helping finding the parts needed that they didn't have to having an employee traveling 30 miles to go get the last part we needed. I truly can not say enough good things about this dealership and all its employees. Thank you again for getting us back on the road. More

best service around took one of my cars to a local shop here in town, but they failed to fix the problem correctly after 3 trips to that particular shop, then i took it t took one of my cars to a local shop here in town, but they failed to fix the problem correctly after 3 trips to that particular shop, then i took it to holm automotive, in one day they had the problem resolved and only charged me for 1 hour of labor, i was pleasantly surprised. i was treated with the upmost respect. i will be taking all of my vehicles here from this day forward. i purchased my new Buick on June ,26 on July 26, a Sunday, I started to use my car and the battery was dead. I had it jump started, dropped it off at the dealership.Monday morning Chuck called me by Sunday, I started to use my car and the battery was dead. I had it jump started, dropped it off at the dealership.Monday morning Chuck called me by 8:15am to talk about my car. In the end my battery was bad, they replaced it for free and I picked it up that afternoon. Great service. More
