Chuck Loader and service department I took my car in for engine light and asked Chuck if they could do an oil change also. They were so accommodating and was able to squeeze me in to tak I took my car in for engine light and asked Chuck if they could do an oil change also. They were so accommodating and was able to squeeze me in to take care of the oil change. Chuck always has a smile on his face and is always so polite and listen to whatever I throw at him. I got denied a refund from the tire company and he contacted them for me and got everything straightened out for me. Now I'm getting my refund, Thank you Chuck. i would recommend this dealership to everyone. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel welcome. I waited 45 minutes while my car was being serviced and everyone who walked by me while in the waiting is so friendly and they make you feel welcome. New tires and correction of factory parts I came in for low air in tires and the team not only found the nail but noticed the tread and heard a sound that needed repair.
