I was east of Abeline not sure where to go for timely repairs. After checking reviews online, I selected Holm Automotive in Abeline. Perfect choice!! From the moment I entered the door, I was treated with respect. Chuck calmly reassured me the could make the repairs and have me on the road in time to catch my flight. They did. I waited in the waiting area, was offered coffee and friendship. They even let me bring my senior dog inside. Jamie paid him all kinds of attention and spoiled him with treats. Jed made the necessary repairs neatly and quickly. They even returned my luggage to the trunk after returning the spare. Don had the ticket ready to go and I was on my way. The cost was very competitive and I do not feel it was overpriced. Chuck even called me to see if I made it safely and in time to catch my flight to KC. I have never experienced that type of service. They are worth every star. I thank them. More

Chuck always delivers solid auto advice. He's quick to fit you in and get you back on the road. He understands your time is valuable and car trouble is an inconvenience. The service center provided me qua fit you in and get you back on the road. He understands your time is valuable and car trouble is an inconvenience. The service center provided me quality service once again. Chuck always discusses my repair options. No one likes car trouble or paying for it and generally it isn't cheap. Knowing that I have to manage a household while paying for continued car repairs is a burden so I appreciate the honest feedback regarding my vehicle, the timely repairs, knowing the consequences of waiting too long and being able to make informed choices about my vehicle. worth the drive We live about 75 miles from this auto center. Normally that would be a deal breaker for us because of the time it takes to get there. However, since we have discovered this dealership & its sales representatives, mechanics, finance manager & fresh popcorn, we willingly make the trip. There is no comparison to the way we & our car are treated while we're there. It's as if we're royalty. Chris Eckert knows our needs & keeps us informed. We appreciate that very much. JR Marchbank made the finance process as painless and understandable as possible (no small feat when dealing with a couple who thinks finance is a foreign language). Mechanic Chuck Loader explains what is to be done to our car & takes great pride in the task. We never wonder if the job will be done & done right. In summary, we gave Holm Auto 5 stars & they are much deserved!! More

Trustworthy and informative as always We took our old secondary car in to be fixed. Do to distance and availability at the time, we bought a car from our local dealer here in Salina. W We took our old secondary car in to be fixed. Do to distance and availability at the time, we bought a car from our local dealer here in Salina. We went from Impala to Taurus. We thought and felt the Tauras would have been more convenient for us older drivers. After a few weeks we discovered we were wrong. It was hard for us to get in and out of and hard to determine where the edges of the car were to the surrounding parking and driving lanes. It is totally bigger...but more compact in seating areas. We had forgotten how important it was (when having our car serviced) to have someone at the service department explain what and why things had to be done. Even if they had to go over the paperwork more than once, and had to explain it in ways we could understand. Did they completely fix our old pickup? No. But they did their best. I was told that the truck would have to be taken to a Mazda Service location where they had more sophisticated or newer diagnostic equipment.. I really think our next car will be purchased from Holm Automotive in Abiline. Not because of the sales, but because of the service department. They make us kind of feel like family.. More
