Problem fixed It took a few visit but I am happy with my 2017 truck. I am very sensitive to how my truck rides on the hwy. Impressed Again Once again I am impressed with the service at Holm Automotive! My car needed an oil change, and an overall inspection. It's a huge, comforting relief Once again I am impressed with the service at Holm Automotive! My car needed an oil change, and an overall inspection. It's a huge, comforting relief to know that my Impala is in great hands during the service. It's also very comforting to be welcomed, respected, and engaged in conversation with the Service Department staff. Chuck Loader is a wonderful service advisor! He's always got a great attitude, and he's ready to answer any questions I have. The waiting area at the dealership is nice. It's fun striking up conversations with fellow customers, and finding out that this is the only place they'll have their vehicles serviced. I hope this review helps any of you looking for a GM dealership for services. More

Chuck’s the Man! Contacted Chuck about a Check Engine light that came on in my car on my way to work. He sent a driver to Manhattan to pick up my car that same day, le Contacted Chuck about a Check Engine light that came on in my car on my way to work. He sent a driver to Manhattan to pick up my car that same day, left me a loaner car, fixed my car and had it back to me within 28 hours. Chuck’s the Man!! More
