Great Service Dept. service!! Chuck Loader always goes above and beyond to ensure my experience with the service department is exceptional. He keeps me informed through out the day Chuck Loader always goes above and beyond to ensure my experience with the service department is exceptional. He keeps me informed through out the day of the status of my repairs/ service and lets me know of any additional problems or concerns. I feel that he constantly has my best interest and family safety in mind. He does not push any repairs; but lets me know of things that should be repaired or watched closely.
