Having this information up front let me choose whether to continue with my appointment or reschedule for another day. I opted to have the service completed that day. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the wait. I appreciated having the delay presented to me from the beginning instead of just waiting and wondering why it was taking so long. Life happens! More
