We were RVing and my Ram 1500 was in dire need of an oil change. I called the neighboring Dodge dealer but they couldn't fit me in. One of their service advisors suggested calling Holm. I was told " change. I called the neighboring Dodge dealer but they couldn't fit me in. One of their service advisors suggested calling Holm. I was told " if I could leave it, they would take care of it". They were courteous on the phone, I spoke with more than one person. When I dropped the truck off , the service order was hassle free. They called shortly after that same afternoon, Chuck (service advisor) was very cordial and I thanked him for taking care of my truck. I really appreciate the great service. More
