The Man in the Parts department Brad Signer showed me to the Soda Machine and gave me change for the Drink even though it wasn't his area.Jamie Avers scheduled my appointment and made sure it was to my schedule and not theirs. Chuck Loder ROCKS!!!! Called Chuck on Monday and described the issue and he had me in at 3:00 that afternoon. After a diagnostic check it was determined to be a valve issue Called Chuck on Monday and described the issue and he had me in at 3:00 that afternoon. After a diagnostic check it was determined to be a valve issue that was under warranty and we were back on the road by Wednesday. As usual, the service area was swamped but Chuck was fast and courteous from drop off through delivery.
