Chuck Loder ROCKS!!!! Called Chuck on Monday and described the issue and he had me in at 3:00 that afternoon. After a diagnostic check it was determined to be a valve issue Called Chuck on Monday and described the issue and he had me in at 3:00 that afternoon. After a diagnostic check it was determined to be a valve issue that was under warranty and we were back on the road by Wednesday. As usual, the service area was swamped but Chuck was fast and courteous from drop off through delivery. It's great to see that knowing your customers name and customer service is still important to some people. Thanks a million Chuck!!! More

Everything was explained to me before the service was preformed to my understanding. The service consultant was very thorough about the service to be preformed. I also enjoyed the short period of time I spent in the lounge, enjoying the conversation with friendly salesman and a cup of coffee while my truck was being serviced. When the service was done, everything was explained to me again to my satisfaction and understanding. This was not my first dealings with this service center and I have enjoyed all visits. I live 35 five miles from this auto center, but I will continue to bring my vehicles to this service center. More
