Service on my 2013 RAM Pickup I appreciate talking to service consultant that will listen to what I am saying and preform the service I ask for. Everything was explained to me before the service was preformed to my understanding. The service consultant was very thorough about the service to be preformed. I also enjoyed the short period of time I spent in the lounge, enjoying the conversation with friendly salesman and a cup of coffee while my truck was being serviced. When the service was done, everything was explained to me again to my satisfaction and understanding. This was not my first dealings with this service center and I have enjoyed all visits. I live 35 five miles from this auto center, but I will continue to bring my vehicles to this service center. More

A suprising time I brought my car in to have a tire checked. It was continuously low so I suspected there was an issue and feared I might even need a new tire. The sta I brought my car in to have a tire checked. It was continuously low so I suspected there was an issue and feared I might even need a new tire. The staff was pleasant and the waiting area was well taken care of. Chuck immediately took my vehicle and I began passing the time working on school projects. While I was there I saw countless staff interact with the other patrons in the waiting area. They knew them by name, were polite, asked about their families and really made it a great space to work!After about an hour and a half Chuck came back to tell me my vehicle was ready. My tire had encountered a nail and was loosing the battle. Chuck got it all fixed for me and then, to my surprise, said there was no charge. For him that short amount of time I had waited was too long. More

He promptly check them and said they were good for the winter. My car was in the shop for around 30 minutes for the oil change. I was offered coffee and their waiting area is very comfortable. I really like that they have wi-fi available, so I can us my tablet while waiting. Overall, my experience at Holm Automotive is ALWAYS great. I always recommend the dealership to friends who are looking for new or used vehicles!??? More
