My husband had just been released from a Wichita hospital after knee replacement surgery and we were traveling home. We stopped in Abilene at the 24/7 and then couldn't get our Enclave to start. Fortunately, we were right across the street from Holm Automotive. Even though they were extremely busy, Jamie came to our rescue and was very understanding about my husband's discomfort and mobility issues after surgery. This was a very stressful situation for us and their service department efficiently diagnosed the issue, and got us on the road home as quickly as possible. Chuck Loader was also very polite and was especially helpful in keeping us informed on the progress. Holm Automotive has been our dealership of choice for our vehicle purchases and our experience yesterday reiterated why we keep going back! More
