After Contacting My Sales Consultant Matt Foster the Issue was resolved by Service Technician Willie Chandler and Service Manager Chuck Oliver. I was traveling to visit family when a critical sensor on my truck failed at 6pm. I was unsure if it was the sensor or a serious mechanical issue. The service center was closed but sales took my information my truck failed at 6pm. I was unsure if it was the sensor or a serious mechanical issue. The service center was closed but sales took my information and called me back. They asked me to be in at 7:30 the following morning and said they would do what they could. They worked me through service first thing next day and on the road by 10:30. Great people who were understanding of my being stranded a long way from home. They were very professional. The waiting area and facility were clean and appeared to be taking strong precautions to the COVID environment. More
