Trading my car for a 2018 Highlander Inver Grove Toyota and my sales agent, Charles Paciorek, did an excellent job of handling the trade in on my 2017 Highlander for a 2018 Highlander. Th Inver Grove Toyota and my sales agent, Charles Paciorek, did an excellent job of handling the trade in on my 2017 Highlander for a 2018 Highlander. This is the second time I have worked with Chuck, and both experiences have gone very smoothly. He has so much experience and was very supportive. It was just a matter of a few days, from when I first contacted Chuck, until I had my new car. All of the quotes he had given me were exactly what I ended up paying. Chuck was always on top of everything, which made the whole process so easy. The other staff involved in the process of buying my new car, were also very competent and contributed to making the entire experience go smoothly. Kudos to everyone! More

We loved the relaxed but informative process from start to finish. Highly recommend Chuck our salesman. He did an excellent job of hitting the highlights without overselling or feeling like he was pressuring us. He also gave us a transperant and reasonable quote without us needing to haggle with him. Would totally buy my next car here and I hope I can work with Chuck again when I do. More
