1st new vehicle purchase Chuck was AMAZING to work with. So when I came in I already kind of knew what I wanted. However, then I got worried the 4Runner was to big and tear drove several other vehicles right down to the Camry. Even though Chuck knew I was there for a truck. Each time I came back from a test drive he had another vehicle ready. I ended up going with the 4RUNNER and couldn’t be happier! The whole process was stress free, right down to signing the papers. This is my 2nd vehicle purchase with Inver Grove Toyota and you definitely have a customer for life! More

Unexpected upgrade As I was waiting for my 2010 Venza to be worked on, I decided to take a little walk into the show room and see if I could find a car that was not all As I was waiting for my 2010 Venza to be worked on, I decided to take a little walk into the show room and see if I could find a car that was not all-wheel-drive, that was comparable to the Venza. Chuck, one of the salesmen, greeted me and listened about my concerns and what I was thinking about doing in the fall in terms of retreat in my car in for something newer. Having some bad experiences with all wheel drive, I wanted to avoid that. While Chuck and I were talking, another salesman (Darin?) chimed in and said that a 2017 highlander was just made available, so Chuck and I took it for a test drive, and I ended up purchasing it. Chuck was extremely professional and very thorough, and very pleasant to work with. I didn't feel like I was being bamboozled, or manipulated in anyway. I am pleased with the deal we made it, and really happy with my new vehicle! More
