I walked in with an appointment on a Saturday and they told me it wasn't possible to even diagnose the problem. Why do they have appointments on a Saturday if they can't even get the car in? I explained to Chuck what was wrong with my vehicle a hole in the high side line. Chuck said he would have it checked out and advise me what was wrong. I was informed by Chuck that the evaporator was bad hole in the high side line. Chuck said he would have it checked out and advise me what was wrong. I was informed by Chuck that the evaporator was bad along withe some front end work needing to be done. The front end work was done and the evaporator was replaced and after the third visit it was finally found to be a hole in the high side line just like I told Chuck. I was appreciative of the provision of the rental for my use during this ordeal. More
