Never do I feel like I’m being sold and my vehicle, a 2013 Nissan Sentra, is stil S. are top notch!! Been going to this dealership for over 12 years. Never do I feel like I’m being sold and my vehicle, a 2013 Nissan Sentra, is still rolling along due to the exceptional service I receive! The dealership is clean and very organized and its business presentation. Sales people were professional for the most part and clean and present a professional front. The paperwork aspect got a little jumbled up and created a snafu a couple times as the accounting department lost paperwork and we’re still delayed on making a payment towards the previous bank for my trade-in. So organization and professionally processing payments and paperwork shows a need for improvement. More

Chuck was very rude to us when we told him we weren’t going to spend $2,000 on repairs. Instead of saying ok I understand he became very annoyed and embarrassed us in front of coworkers and other custome going to spend $2,000 on repairs. We get free oil changes but we will take our car elsewhere and pay instead of putting up with Chuck’s attitude. More
