I feel like he answers my questions honestly, gives me the whole picture and and will continue to do so. John Bell had been a great service advisor. He does not try and upsell me services that are unnecessary. There are usually always available appointments. The service is done in a timely manner and they do have a free shuttle available if you need a ride to and from work. More
