Not sure if service is at fault I bought a brand new vehicle and it was supposed to include a tow package. The sales person didn’t order the tow package for two weeks. Now I’ve been waiting another two weeks just to get a phone call from this department to get this installed. I am moving out of the area and I am not sure this is going to get done at all. I’m very disappointed that they couldn’t follow through with their promises that they made. More

Getting stuff fixed was a hassle Avoid chuck My salesman Chuck is a smuck he kept trying to get me to pay for stuff that was certified was in perfect working order even after Teddy Hendtix"who is My salesman Chuck is a smuck he kept trying to get me to pay for stuff that was certified was in perfect working order even after Teddy Hendtix"who is awesome" had gotten it okd to get fixed i ended up having to bring it in 3 times to get 2 things fixed and the last time Teddy just delt with me himself and then it got fixed, overall i love the truck just with my experence with Chuck i wouldnt recomend them to anyone and i would warn if they go to avoid chuck at all cost all he cares about is the $ and cents on his comission check. More
