Unprofessional Salesman I purchased a used pickup truck for my business from Chuck Serra. I buy new Fords from another dealership and he happened to have a used Ford that wou I purchased a used pickup truck for my business from Chuck Serra. I buy new Fords from another dealership and he happened to have a used Ford that would suite my needs. During the sales process he spent a lot of time bad mouthing my sales person at the Ford dealership…completely unprofessional and action that could be considered poor character. I will not recommend this dealership or Chuck Serra. More
