Unsatisfied with my experience with the installation of the dump body on my 2020 Hino after Chuck returned It to the body company four (4) times. I will say that am quite disappointed. I no sooner drove off the lot and got home only to find that the windshield washer did not work. I made an appointment to return to have it fixed and was told it would off the lot and got home only to find that the windshield washer did not work. I made an appointment to return to have it fixed and was told it would cost me $100 dollars. This was unacceptable because if during the process of examining the truck and found it before I bought it, I would have asked to have it fixed, and you would have, so you could sell me the truck. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. You wouldn’t budge on fixing it so I had to pay for it. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and has put me in the position that if I am asked by people how I was treated by Hawthorne Chevrolet, i will only be able to say, less then cordial. Please refund my $100 dollars. More
