Frank, I got your voice message when u finally reached out to me at noon time. That was one hour after the agreed to time by you from last week. I had set aside my time at 11 this morning from my job for a conversation but yourself and the dealership was even unable to keep that commitment. Unfortunately I’m not surprised by that level of customer service. I really have nothing more to add to any conversation.

Frank, I appreciate your efforts to try to turn a negative experience into a positive one but I’m certainly intrigued how you could possibly make that possible. What came out of me as a positive experience was that I saved $6000 in an unnecessary repair. If you want to contact me to discuss any more of the situation I still invite the opportunity but on a one on one situation. I feel no need to speak to anybody there in the service department.
